Respond of INYGMA to the New Kerala Gvnmt Order

As it was stated before, the Government order was really unfair to the common peoples of Kerala. As responsible Doctors we can not allow unqualified practitioners getting registration. These are the points we put forward against this.
1) There is no 3 yrs diploma course in M G university for yoga &Naturopathy.
2) According to CCRYN The diploma in any medical course should have 4 1/2 yrs duration.
3) There are BNYS course, which is well recognized by all health universities, since 1988 in this country, those who wanted to become genuine doctors should follow the medical curriculum, instead they are trying to get the label of medical doctors through unrecognized short term courses.( So those who are having more than 23 yrs of experience in this field can be considered  For B class registration)
4) This kind of a movement definitely gives a wrong message about the Sacred system of Naturopathy And Yoga among common people.
5) Either A or B  class it is a medical practitioner's registration. How a person with out having enough of knowledge about human anatomy and physiology can treat a patient.
6) Naturopathy is not merely  life style changing or diet management It's field is so vast includes Chiropractic (manipulations of different varieties ),Acupuncture,  knowledge about emergency management ;first aid,Hydrotherapy, Magneto therapy,Chromotherapy, Helios therapy , etc
7) So govt should not to take any actions to deteriorate this medical systems by giving B class to non qualified.
8) ENOUGH OF MEDICAL GRADUATES ARE THERE IN KERALA for Naturopathy and Yoga From 16 of medical colleges under MEDICAL UNIVERSITIES through out India.
9) Central Government organization CCRYN  published a notice which can be related in this topic, please check the Link and download the Notice. http://www.mediafire.com/?tl3o6uym7lcr07z

In this stage i would like to share a good letter from Dr. Lakshmi regarding this order,

Our Request to Cancel this order was denied by Chief Ministers Office first, So we decided to do strike against it on Feb 2nd.

3 Days to become Doctors!!! Welcome to Kerala

1 Year Back on 23/12/2010 Government's Order allowed B' Class Registration for the experienced Naturopathy practitioners selected by the committee of 3 Famous Naturopathy Doctors, including Dr. Jayakumar. INYGMA welcomed this order and we went forward.

But now our own Kerala Government passed a really disturbing new order on 20/01/11. This order grands B' Class Registration for all D.N.Y.S  Diploma holders in Kerala.
D.N.Y.S is a 3 years postal course without any legal support of a University. Students basic qualification for this course is 10th standard pass mark, not even a higher secondary science group. They only need to write 3 exams to become doctors. So that means 3 exams in 3 days and BINGO you are a registered Doctor! This affects Graduated Doctors least comparing to the innocent public who goes to D.N.Y.S doctor and take Inverted Enema for curing finger pain!

Difference between B' class registration and A' class registration is only one thing, A' Class registration allow us to practice anywhere in India, where B' Class registration restrict to work only in Kerala. No other Regulations what so ever.

So now its time to Think and React. We need all the graduates opinions and Ideas to block this madness.
